Visit Les Ateliers

The Weiss chocolate factory was founded in 1882 by Eugene Weiss in the city of Saint-Etienne, the french most famous region for chocolate production. Recognized for its exceptional artisanal expertise, Weiss became a flagship company in the region. As part of a quest to share its skills and secrets, in October 2016, it opened Les Ateliers Weiss, a vibrant and accessible destination where chocolate, culture, and gastronomy come together
